S7 Crimping Machine

The S7 crimper is for the workshop (or mobile) user who has a requirement to crimp hoses in a repair or medium production environment in a workshop or mobile van.
This model is really aimed at the 2” hose market and below in both straight and elbow fittings.
The machine comes with 10 die sets (see above) but there is a good range of extra dies available which go down to 6.8mm which is often purchased for crimping of mini-test hoses and small thermoplastic hoses. The largest die available is 78mm.
The 24vDC model is really good for mobile van because a 240 tonne crimp force in a package weighing only 77kg is a nice combination. Best fitted at back or side of van on slide out rails allowing large heavy and long hoses good access from underneath, giving good visibility.
Crimp dia is easily set by turning handles until socket touches and then crimp path by micrometer.
