Product Description:
- The S2M crimper is for the low volume user who has a requirement to crimp hoses in a repair type of environment rather than production but wants to crimp bigger hoses than S1M model. It is reasonably portable with a weight of 32kg it can be easily taken on site or put in a van or UTE.
- This model is really aimed at the 1" hose market and below in both straight and elbow fittings and 1 ¼" Industrial hoses.
- The machine comes with 6 die sets (see above) but there is a good range of extra dies available which go down to 6.8mm which is often purchased for crimping of mini-test hoses and small thermoplastic hoses. The largest die available is 47mm.
- Also available with air foot pump operation as S2P model and S2A model and S2 DC for single phase and DC van operation.
- Crimping diameter is set with a micrometer and when crimp diameter is reached a light comes on (no mechanical dead stop).
