• The HM325iB crimper is for the production volume user who has a requirement to crimp 2” hoses in a repair or high production environment.
• This model is really aimed at the 2”hose market and below in both straight and elbow fittings, but with the added capability of a touch screen programmable controller.
• The machine comes with 10 die sets (see above) but there is a good range of extra dies available which go down to 6.8mm which is often purchased for crimping of mini-test hoses and small thermoplastic hoses. The largest die available is 131mm.
• Crimping diameter is set by program and 1000 part numbers can be stored and programmed
• Can crimp wide range of Industrial hoses up to 4” but can crimp 6” using master dies. The Industrial dies package must be purchased to crimp the range of Industrial hoses.
